Callquilt terms

Terms of Service

These basic terms describe the agreement around Callquilt’s MVP request-and-follow-up workflow.

Consent and agreement

By using the Callquilt website or submitting a contact or onboarding form, you agree that Callquilt may use the information you provide to understand your request and respond to it. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.

You represent that the information you provide is yours to share and that it is not knowingly false, misleading, or unlawful to submit.

Follow-up and messaging

The purpose of the MVP workflow is to help Callquilt follow up on a request. We may use the selected or available channel, including email, phone, or text message, to continue that requested conversation.

The presence of a text option does not by itself establish a particular SMS program. These terms do not promise a message frequency, message or data rates, automated delivery, or a keyword-based opt-out mechanism.

Opt out

You can ask Callquilt to stop follow-up or request no further contact at any time. Reply to the message when possible, or email callquilt-bhw16u@polsia.app. We will use reasonable efforts to honor the request for future follow-up.

Basic terms and disclaimers

Callquilt is an MVP workflow and may change, pause, or become unavailable. Information on the website is general and does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or business advice. We do not guarantee a particular response time, follow-up result, lead outcome, booking, or revenue result.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit and for your own decisions about using any Callquilt response. To the extent permitted by law, use the website and workflow at your own risk. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply.

The Privacy Policy explains how submitted information is used and how to request no further follow-up.
